Where is the orifice tube that has the filter in it?

My a/c quit working so we reaced the expansion valve and it is still not working. It acts like it is stopped up.

It doesn't blow out cold air it like I didn't even put freon in the car.

By no means does that alone indicate a restricted system. First of all the refrigerant charge has to be precise to the exact specified weight and once that is done, the system can be analyzed through pressures and observations. You are going to do a lot of damage to the system proceeding the way you are.
