No air coming out of vents, where is the actuator located?

Where is the location of the actuator? fan is working and do you have a video to show replacement?

Chances are you have a broken vacuum line (small, plastic) under the hood headed to the firewall which supplies the HVAC system with vacuum, without it the vents don't open and no air comes out, please go over this guide to help you fix it:
