where is the heater control valve

last YEAR HEAT ONLY WORKED ON THE DRIVERS SIDE NOW BOTH SIDES OUT OR AT LOWEST SETTING

try pulling hvac fuse for 60 seconds with key on sometimes the actuator resets. if it still no heat then check actuators there is one for each side. if blower speed won't go fast check fuses underhood and relay. if speeds are none other than low then the resistor is bad and needs replacing. it's by the blower motor.
