Where is the fuel pump relay located

Car cranks but does not start whereas a sound lasting around three seconds comes off a 4-pin Bosch relay under the passenger glove. The first time this happened I tried again after fifteen minutes and everything was fine. The problem recurred and this time I swapped a relay with that of the horn relay and that kept me going of four days after which it happened again and the car has not started again to date. However, the pump works on stand alone i.E. When removed and disconnected from the pump assembly.

The car is an Avensis Hatchback Model T220 manufactured in 1998.

They call it a circuit open relay. here is a guide to help test it and the location of the relay in the diagrams below:
