2010 Ford F150 723-7e096a. Can't find it on internet and this is what ford dealership gave me for OEM part number.

Ford 7L3Z-7E096-A - ACTUATOR ASY controls. The card in the picture is what the ford dealership guy wrote down And said it would fix the problem. The brake lights don't work but the turn signals do. The key will not come out of the ignition. That's the only two things that are wrong. Thank you for your time.

Okay, that is better.

It is a shift actuator. I attached the part for you from rock auto.
