None of my systems even show a 118i in 2006. Are you sure thew info you are giving us is correct?

My dad insists that it exists and the vehicle has another information to identify it. 2006 BMW 118i e87

I have searched three of my professional info systems, and a few more and I'm coming up with no 118i or 118i e87 at all in 06
