Where are the two starter safety switches located on my car? Tries to turn over, but will not start. Replaced the starter.

There is only one neutral safety switch. What does "tries to turn over" mean? If the starter is cranking the engine, the entire starter relay circuit is working. If it is cranking too slowly, we need to look at the battery, cables, and cable connections.

Starter safety switches not neutral safety switch. The manual said there are two of them. I am out of town and do not have it handy. Sorry. Will get back to you on the rest when I talk to my father more. It is his question.
