Freeze plugs location and replacement instructions without having to remove the engine

I pour water into my radiator and it is leaking out on the back of my motor.

Unfortunately there is no mention of freeze plug replacement or location in the factory service manual. There is however a coolant drain plug located on the back of the engine block, just below the oil filter. Please see the attached picture.
