Where a sensor is engine coolant temperature sensor?

Hi,

The ECT is located behind the thermostat housing. If you take a look at pic 1 below, it gives an approximate location. Pic 2 shows the sensor.

When you install the new one, you need to use a sealer on the threaded portion of the sensor. Here is the part number for the OEM sealer used but you can use something other than is comparable.
