When in reverse my car makes a whining noise, what should I check or do to address this issue?

When I shift into reverse my car makes a whining noise but immediately goes away after shifting into drive. I just purchased this escape after my old escape died at 450,000 miles so I bought this one from a Ford dealership with 61,000 miles. I immediately started trying to freshen it up. I was shocked at how the ATF was jet black considering I bought it from a Ford dealership I immediately drained it refilled it three times. It’s still pretty black. I used a bottle of seafoam trans tune for one of the refills drove a good 200 miles before dumping it. This fill has a bottle of the Lucas trans fix in it that also supposed to clean up everything as well. I’m definitely getting more power at this point and the shifting is better. My fluid temperature is running around 220, am I burning the fluid at that temperature?

No that is about the temperature it is supposed to be running. The black in the fluid is the clutch material so just keep changing it. Does it seem to be slipping at all, also does it have a tow hitch? Can you please upload a short video of the noise so I can hear it, that way I can tell what's going on. Usually, a transmission makes a whining noise because the filter is clogged but it is not serviceable.

Okay, I’ve added the video of the noise, unfortunately it’s raining very hard right now when I took it. Make sure your volume is all the way up or use an ear bud so you can hear it. It sounds faint but in reality, it’s definitely not faint sounding. Also, I pulled all the transmissions od2 sensor data and attached it as well maybe that might tell you more b.

Thanks for the video. That is not a clogged filter that's for sure and the readings look normal except for the transmission temperature should be lower than the engine temperature I believe. I did notice that the transmission has a fluid temperature warmer so this might be normal. You could have a thrust bearing going out inside the transmission which means it needs to be rebuilt. Here is the fluid temperature valve for your information.
