Hi,
The blend door is shown in the diagram attached. Unfortunately, Alldata is not listing an actual procedure but it looks like it is just the left side center of the dash.
More than likely you just need to replace the actuator as the plastic gears on it are probably stripped.
I will keep looking for some more detailed info but keep me updated on what happens.
