When going over bump rear right wheel well makes noise

When I go over bumps something near my rear, right wheel well makes a loud rattling sound. Sometimes it stops right away, other times it goes on for a few seconds. I am not sure what it is.

Sounds like it could be a broken shock absorber.

Take a look under the car and see if anything is obviously broken.
