When fueling truck nozzle clicks off making it hard to fill up?

Unable to fuel truck without pump clicking off. I replaced the vent valve and made sure that the line from the vent valve to the charcoal canister was clear. Still have same problem.Gas cap was also replaced. Thanks for many help

Yep, this means there is a problem with the filler neck vent hose, I have seen them come apart internally blocking the air flow. I would remove the filler hose assembly for inspection, partially the smaller vent tube next to the main fill hose. Check out the images (below). Please upload an image or a short video in your response, so I can see what's going on.
