When driving neutral light is flashing

Check engine light is on and while driving; the neutral light is flashing.

Hello,I'm Danny,

That means that both engine and transmission codes are stored in your vehicles computer.You need to have the codes checked to have us properly diagnose your vehicle.If you don't have access to a code reader/scanner your local auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one.Most stores will check the codes for free. I've attached a tutorial showing what is involve on how to check codes.
