What can cause both front wheels to be tilted out from bottom or tilted in from top?

2009 HYUNDAI GENESIS

The car drives good no shaking, steering is off center though, tires are good.

Hello,

It looks like the camber is off.
If it just happened all of a sudden then it could be due to hitting a curb or even a large pothole.
You will need to have the alignment done on this. As this will wear the inner part of the tire fast.
