I broke my liners. I need to drive 500 plus miles. I cut off the shredded stuff and anything hanging. I zipped tied them to the bumper. Will they be okay until I reach my destination?

The only issue you will have is if they are touching the tire. The wheel liners are just there to keep mud and dirt out of the engine compartment and away from key electrical components. If you are just trying to get home and then replace them, you should be fine.

Just check them every once in a while to make sure they are not touching the tire because this could wear the tire. Normally the liners are softer rubber so they will take the worse of the contact but it is not something you want to risk. You should also hear it if there is something touching the tire so just don't blast the radio so you can hear any noises.
