All my lug nut studs are stripped due to someone putting on Nissan rims on the truck listed above. So I bought new lug studs to replace them. But I accidentally bought all front studs. So my question is, can I use front studs on the rear drum? What would happen if I tried? I believe the only difference in measurement is the rear calls for a little longer knurled length. Please some insight would truly be appreciated.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Yes, the front and rear are different lengths. I've attached a picture below of the wheel stud for the rear of your truck. Dorman brand are available at most auto parts stores. If the store you shop doesn't carry it then use the part number for a cross reference. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
