Recently I acknowledged the wheel steering is very hard to move left or right, checked the steering oil is full, there is no leakes or damaged, I consult a garage technician he said it's the steering pump should be replaced only, I replaced the pump while the car lifted up, the wheel steering moves very smoothly left and right but when the car on the ground the steering wheel is still very hard to move left or right, I don't know what is the actual issue, please help
Thanks

Yep, the shop had a 50/50 shot at fixing the issue. They choose the pump, the problem is the rack and pinion. If you get that replaced the problem will be fixed.

Dear,
I have a question
Is the rack repairable?

Your welcome :) Not really, it needs to be rebuilt which in that case most people just swap the rack and pinion out.
