Wheel bearing seal

i recently replaced wheel bearing on my car. I was curious if it has a wheel bearing seal that is separate from the wheel bearing or is the wheel bearing itself all inclusive of it? Now I had machine shop take out old bearing and put in new bearing and new hub. If there was a wheel seal do you think they would know and use old one or put a new one in?

No these are self sealed bearings and do have another seal. I included the process that they did. They just have to press the out. Did the new bearings come with new races? If not, you may want to ask them if they replaced those on their own. You should not reuse those so if they didn't and you have noises, it may be due to this.
