Hi,
If it is heard when the vehicle is parked and you bounce it, that sounds like a bushing issue. If you look below, I attached two pics. Pic 1 is an exploded view of the suspension. I highlighted all bushings. You will need to have someone bounce the vehicle while you try to locate the sounds.
In pic 1, I also circled the upper and lower ball joints. If either one is dry, it can cause a noise.
In pic 2, I highlighted the stabilizer link and where the sway bar bushing is located. Note there is one on each side. Place your hand on the sway bar to see if you can fill a vibration when it is bounced. Also, the link can be broken as well. It isn't uncommon, so visually inspect the components.
Let me know what you find. If I could hear it, I may be able to tell what it could be.
