Jerks at certain speeds and not accelerating properly?

It has jerks over a certain speed and when you press the gas it won’t accelerate like it should. I’ve also notice when I put it to a car to boost it and I take it off the lights go dim, and the car sounds weaker.

This sounds like the engine is misfiring and possibly the turbo is going out, let's run the codes to see if any are stored.
