Hi:

Do me a favor, take a rubber mallet and tap on the exhaust system and see if you hear a noise from the catalytic converter. It sounds like the converter may have come apart internally.

Let me know what you find.

Can you upload that sound as well? Was the power steering pump removed for anything?

Let me know.

Hi:

Check to make sure the power steering fluid is full. Also, make sure there are no bubbles in it that would indicate it needs bleed. The sound honestly sounds like the pump is low on fluid, has air in it, or a bad pump.

Let me know.

If I may, I have seen the power steering fluid break down. this video will show you how to flush the system which can take care of the noise:

Please run down this guide and report back.
