What is the torque specification on the valve cover plus spark plugs

I need to replace valve cover and replace spark plugs.

I attached all the specs for the engine as well as the plugs and valve cover below for you. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
