What would cause low fuel pressure?

Okay. So, I've been having issues with fuel pump and relays, and I've figured out why fuel pump wasn't engaging when supposed to, but now that I've gotten that issue out if the way next problem is low fuel pressure when starting. what steps do I take?

The fuel pressure and the fuel pressure regulator are included in the fuel pump module, so it must be replaced. Here is one from Amazon and I have included how to change it out in the diagrams below:

They make cheaper one by I don't like doing the job over again when they fail. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
