what will cause no signal to injectors

Has code po134,runs for 15 seconds then dies,then dont restart

O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Sensor 1 Bank 1
I would check the O2 sensor and make sure you still have spark, injection pulse and fuel pressure when it fails to start.
