The water pipe is leaking. It might be the o-ring that got old and cracked. The system is too lean. I need to change the pipe out and need to know what tool to use. I tried a 10 m but but the tool I have to extended to the ratchet is to bulky. The metal plate surrounding the bolt is at a slant so its hard for me to turn the bolt. Please help. And do I also have to drain the antifreeze to do this job or can I switch out the pipe with no problem?

Hello, I am Danny.

Just a quick question first. Can you take a picture of the bolt you speak of with your cell phone and upload it here? I do not think you have to completely drain all the coolant out, but you may lose a small amount. Just be sure to top off after the repair is completed. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
