Hello,

I added photos with wires and connectors placed rear left site inside car (near rear left wheel). There is one connector (marked blue circle line) and there are two connectors (marked red circle line) without connection. Why is it not connected?
I am waiting for your reply.
Have a nice day,

Good morning,

Manufacturers make wiring harnesses for a vehicle with all available accessories. That way, they don't have to make separate harnesses based on the options selected.

Those connectors are for components that are not installed on your car. They tape them off and attach them to the main harness, so they don't dangle all over.

As long as nothing is wrong with your car, you are good.

Hi,

I noticed we haven't been in contact with you for a couple of days. I looked at the pics you attached. To the best of my knowledge, those are related to the HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface). Are the wires mostly white?

Let me know.

Dear Joe,

thank you for your reply. The left one connector which is colorful housing (brown, black, blue, green and white) have white wires. The second one housing of connector is white with white, black and red wires. And the last connector is light blue housing of connector - it is near rear box with fuses and relays.

Hi,

Looking at the schematics, those all appear related to the HDMI system. Do you have that option in the vehicle from the factory?

I have one monitor under the ceiling. If it is HDMI connector for input signal it should be connected to this monitor. If it is connected it should be working when I connect HDMI source. Could you please give me pinout for these three connectors? Or could you please add wiring diagram? It should be helpful for anyone interested in. :-)

Hi,

No problem. The HDMI is integrated with the audio system schematics. The schematics for the system is six pages long. I had to cut each pic in half to make them readable for you. I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the next.

I hope this helps.

Take care,

Joe
