The previous radiator cap is 0.9 13 PSI but I wonder if that is the correct one.

Hello,
The original radiator cap part # is KL0115205 that cap is rated at 16 PSI.
So, 13 PSI might be just a little low.
You should be able to do a search with that part number to find it online. Or can call your local parts store and they can do a cross reference.
