What oil type to use

My manual list a bunch of oil types, for example: above -9 use 10-30, below 95 degrees use 5w-30. I live in Wisconsin and I am not sure what type of oil to use in my car.

The thing is, I do not understand this. It gives me three different types of oils to use. Three different climates, ans climates change in Wisconsin. Do I use 5w-30?
