What are the torque specs for aluminum cylinder heads?

So, these have torque-to-yield head bolts and cannot be reused so make sure you get a new set of bolts. I have found the instructions on how to install the cylinder head with torque specs and a video that shows the job being done. Be sure to check out the images below for the information.
