I just need to know what this symbol means. I have never seen it before, ever, in any vehicle, manual or video.
I have been doing a lot of parts replacing lately with my changing out the mass airflow sensor just yesterday and haven't erased the codes from my OBD scanner yet.
So, any information on this would be great and if i need to do something about whatever is wrong or needs attention now.

That is the warning for low brake fluid. As you were just working under the hood it could be that you knocked the level sensor connector on the master cylinder off. If it is still connected and the fluid is okay, then I would look at the wiring to it. The switch simply grounds the wire to it when it sees low fluid levels so to test if it's a bad switch you can just unplug the connector, if the light goes out it's a bad switch.
