What is this sensor?

Hi, wondering what sensor this is with the red tab on the aluminum (condenser) maybe not sure of the part either but there are two aluminum lines running from it. Middle of the picture Thanks Guys you are awesome.

The red tab is a Chrysler safety lock that is a pain, the sensor is a pressure sensor for the A/C refrigerant. It tells the PCM if there is high or low pressure in the system. If the sensor fails, the A/C system will stop working.
