I have a part that is beginning to rust in my vehicle listed above and I do not know what it is to replace it.

Hello,
That is the hydraulic control assembly for the ABS system.
It is likely just surface corrosion.
If you would upload a close-up picture of the item so we can see the extent of the corrosion.
That module does not get replaced unless there is an issue with the ABS system, or it is leaking fluid.
I have attached diagrams below for your reference.
