The underside of my car is rusted badly, possibly a suspension part?

Okay. So, I have noticed the entire bottom underside of my car is rusted badly and I'm not sure if it's the suspension that's looks like this or something that connects the wheel to the axle, but it doesn't look very good because it looks like it's broken. I'm just wondering what exactly this part is that's broken?

Also, It's on the rear driver side.

It's difficult to tell exactly what I am looking at; can you get a better picture from underneath a bit more? I can see it does look like a potential break in something there. Possibly the mount for the sway bar link, but I would need a few better pictures to tell you the exact part. Just above my circle looks like the rubber part of the Brake line. But take some more pictures, I can rotate them to see.
