What are the torque specs when replacing front brake pads and rotors?

Hi! I saw your video for replacing rear brake pads and rotors. What are the torque specs for the front? Is there anything different about replacing the front?

Also, what is the grease you used on the bolts for the caliper chassis?

The front is not that much different than the rear. We use brake grease with you can get at the auto parts store or amazon. Here is how the brake job is done with the torque specs to help you get the job done. Here is the video in question:
