Torque specs for camshaft cap bolts 1-10?

I cannot find the camshaft bearing cap bolt torque anywhere. I already followed someones instructions on google and broke bolt off. I got it out. I just need right torque spec. Is it 15lb in.

Here is the camshaft tower bolt torque settings. 89 in.lbs and a diagram to show you the sequence. (below) Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
