Air conditioner line in engine compartment very cold, but inside passengers area it blows all hot air.

Good afternoon.
I will need gauge readings of the AC system on the high and low side to see if the system is working correctly.
Do you have a set of gauges? If you do not then you can rent a set at a parts store.
