What is the issue P0697 code?

P0697 I'll replace the mass air flow sensor I also replaced all the relays And new air filter install I also did a hard reset by unplugging the battery terminals and letting it sit for over 40 minutes to reset the computer and it's still pops up the same code.

The P0697 code is related to the sensor reference voltage. Specifically, this code indicates a problem with the "Sensor Reference Voltage 'C' Circuit Low."

It sounds like the battery is bad or the voltage sensor has gone out, here is a guide to help you load test the battery or you can take it to the auto parts store for testing.
