I had done a valve cover repair in for what ever reason I left my key in the car "in the on position". When I tried to hook back up the battery I heard this clicking sound I did not know it was because I left the key in the on position. So I took the battery cable away from battery, but then I try to put it back on the battery I heard the clicking noise again in then I remember the car was on. So I turned the key to the off position (i never did put on the cable on but I did touch the cable to the battery twice). But now I hear some noise coming from my engine when I turn it on but not starting it. Also, now the car will not start. It will act like it wants to start but it will not turn over. What fuse or relay do think I have blown?

Before checking fuses or relays, check and ensure any components wire connectors unplugged while working on the valve cover are correctly reconnected. Ensure air hoses are installed correctly and no vacuum leakages are present. All ground connections must be tightened securely.

As to fuses, the possibilities are varied so you need to test all if necessary.
