Ever-since I bought the car, every time I register my car (yearly registration), the engine number is required (stencil). I really don't know where the location is. The chassis number is easily located. I just have to pay somebody to process the registration which include stenciling the engine number. I wish I could do the stenciling myself to avoid additional expense just to get the engine number and processing.
