I'm not sure if you made progress on this. it has been a couple of days since we heard from you. Regardless, the housings you referred to are the thermostat housing and the water outlet housing.
I attached two pics below to help you identify them.

Hi,
That entire assembly is called the thermostat housing. I call it a crossover pipe, but Kia calls it a thermostat housing. The OEM part number is 25620-39521.
Look up "Kia part number 25620-39521" and you'll find it. That is the exact part number for the vehicle listed above.

That is called the thermostat housing. The thermostat and water outlet attach to the assembly. I've attached the factory Kia part number and price below. Hope this helps and let us know if you have any further questions about this. Thanks again for using 2CarPros.
