I'm not sure if you made progress on this. It has been a couple of days since we heard from you. Regardless, the housings you referred to are the thermostat housing and the water outlet housing.

That entire assembly is called the thermostat housing. I call it a crossover pipe, but Kia calls it a thermostat housing. The OEM part number is 25620-39521.

Look up "Kia part number 25620-39521" and you'll find it. That is the exact part number for the vehicle listed above.
