I have an AWD car that was stolen. Police believed it was towed since it's a 2018 car. I noticed that when driving when I come to a stop, or decelerate(like when turning) and accelerate I hear a noise from the back of my car. It kinda sounds like metal straining, the car jerks a little bit and keeps going. My insurance doesn't think it's "claim" related they think its possible normal wear and tear. Any advice on what I should do?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Yes, it is entirely possible to damage an AWD vehicle by being improperly towed. Was the sound there before being towed? Usually when it comes to us trying to diagnose a sound we ask you to make a video with your cell phone of the noise and have you upload it here.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
