Car drives fine but when turning I hear a whining noise

When turning hear a whining noise but car drives fine. fluid is full it is brownish color. Steering wheel has started to shake a little bit.

may be a pump starting to wear. the noise will probably be the off loader valve in the pump. a flush will not hurt so do that and see how it responds.
