Will not crank

Everything on the dash comes on as normal gas pump or good battery. Will not crank over. Checked everything that I could possibly see nothing is unhooked no idea what to do.

Does the starter engage and turn the engine? You mentioned fuel pressure. Have you confirmed that it is within spec? Are you getting spark to the plugs? If you have spark and fuel, have you checked engine timing?

Here are a few links which show checking spark and for fuel pressure. I really need to know if the starter is engaging and turning the engine and the engine just will not start or if the starter does not engage at all.
