In park or at a light the car is vibrating and misfiring. The spark plugs coil packs and fuel injectors has been changed the check engine light came on for forty five minutes giving a p0301 code and then it went off. What would cause my car's engine to misfire?

The code is for a cylinder one misfire, so we know whee to start looking, first thing to do is check for a vacuum leak around that cylinder and do a compression test as well. If you spray a little brake clean around the inlet gasket while running if there is a leak the revs will alter, or you can listen for a whistle with a length of small hose. both methods work well, re-post for further assistance if required.
