Hearing a static, crackling and buzzing sound inside my vehicle

when ever my car isn't in park. Not really sure what it is but I'm hoping someone could give some insight. I'm attaching a video with the sound.

The video did not attach and that should help but does the noise come through the speakers? If so, you have some RF signal coming off the ignition system. More than likely it is the spark plugs or coils. This was more common in older vehicles but as plugs wear they can still cause it.

If this is not the noise, the recording may be needed to identify the causes. Thanks
