driver's side and passenger side seats stopped working at the same time?

2008 chevy silverado 2500 hd. At the same time my driver's side and passenger side seats stopped working also at the same time. I can't get my passengers windows up front and back. I've checked all fuses and breakers under the dash. Pulled all four out and checked. I hear clicking but nothing moves. Have no clue what else to do any help would be great. Thank you

There is a MBEC 60-amp fuse #69 in the under-hood fuse panel that needs to be checked for power, this fuse supplies power to the windows and seats, if the fuse is blown replace the fuse and try the controls one at a time, when something stops working this is what is causing the problem such as a shorted seat or window motor. This guide can help you with the testing, and I have included the fuse location in the diagrams below:
