Needing help with my car listed above LX model. While driving in my music stops when using auxiliary port and when the AC is on it causes all my warning lights to come on.

If all lights come on when using the A/C then check your alternator for low charge. Here is a link to checking the alternator:

Had the battery and alternator checked there was no issues with either.

How did they check? Was the charging test done in the car and what was the numbers? Is the fault all the time or after your vehicle runs for a while?

They did a charging test. 12.66 for the battery and 13 for the alternator. Only when I use the AC and when I use the audio auxiliary port to play my music through my phone. As long as I don't use the AC and audio auxiliary port for music no warning lights don't show.

13 volts is low and it probably goes lower when using the A/C for a while. You should check the charging system when all the warning lights start lighting up and the music stops playing.
