Every time I push gas pedal my car has no power and it makes a loud hiss or spray noise. can somebody tell me why it does this??

It's hard to diagnose a sound a vehicle makes without seeing-hearing it in person. What we ask people to do is use your cell phone to record the noise you're experiencing and upload it here. To me it sounds like you might be having a vacuum leak. Here is a tutorial showing how to look for a vacuum leak:
