Purchased a new battery a month ago while kept in park overnight it shuts off as soon as I try and start it. I thought it was a bad battery had it checked is still good. took out the alternator got get tested still good, but the car keeps draining over night. if I leave the passenger side window fully closed it starts to go up and down on its own .so I have been leaving it crack open and now my battery is always drained. also, my remote after locking it it would start opening and closing on its own if it was close to the car.

Hello,

This sounds like you have a passenger side door control module that is out which can cause the battery to drain down. Here is a wiring diagram so you can see how the system works and a diagram of where the door module is and what it looks like.

You will need to remove the door panel here is a guide to walk you through the steps.

Check out the diagrams (below).

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken
